The pulse is an important examination index. of the traditional Chinese theory. Pulseinformation contains lots of physiological and pathological information of people. It’s cananalysis and evaluates the human body health through the pulse diagnosis. With thedevelopment of modern science and technology and progress, people try to contrast theconnection between the information of pulse picture contains and the feelings of palpationthe pulse based on the scientific analysis There are many sorts of pulse and the pulsecontains variety information, without an reference standard to extract the feature points ofthe pulse graph, It can’t simulate all kinds of the pulse through the available pulse graphcurrently, so it’s very important to do the quantitative, objective work of the pulse.It’s researching the connections between the pulse graph and the blood vessels of thehuman body physiological parameter, to know the human pulse generation mechanism anddiscipline. With Matlab / Simulink software development tool, based on left heart arterialcoupling system of the heart model and representative of the arterial system of the doubleelastic cavity model, using mathematical model to make the simulation and research tohuman pulse system modeling. through the analysis the effective of the model parametersto the model simulation and the correlation between the actual human physiologicalsignificance. Then, by changing the model parameters, simulated several common Pulsesand discusses several typical pulse simulation methods. At last, using the ZM–ⅢC typeintelligent pulse acquisition instrument for pulse signal and diagnosis conclusion as thetarget, making the corresponding pulse simulation by this pulse simulation model, analysisthe connection index, to validate the model of simulation results and measured pulsecompliance, so as to verify the correctness of the proposed model.The left heart-artery coupling system is a practical application value mathematicalmodel ,which simulating the coupling of heart and arteries system, and it’s can dynamicsimulation the left ventricular volume and blood pressure , blood pressure and flow ofarteries . the time-invariable elastic model can simulate kinds of heart failure conditions.And the output curve of double elastic chamber model can reflect the pulse wave in the diastolic time, such as tidal wave and dicrotic wave, all these particular wave haveimportant significance in clinical.Through the connections between the model parameters and physiological parametersof life, to do the research of physical system into the corresponding model parameters byvarying the model parameters, found that the simulated pulse graph waveform has manyidentical characteristics with the measured pulse signal. The simulation results provides afeasible research directions for pulse quantitative, scientific research. in this paper.
