Cardiovascular circulation system is one of the most complex life systems, with a high degree of dynamic characteristics of continuously changing such as ventricular filling and emptying, and the redistribution of blood flow in organs, interaction among cardiovascular system and other systems .Because the inner mechanism of cardiovascular system can not be fully understood so far, so researches usually were done by modeling.Heart is an extremely complex integrated system containing many systems like Electrophysiology, dynamics, fluid mechanics and neural as well as biochemical control. Modeling and Simulation is an effective means to study complex biological problems. After outlining the research development and status quo of the cardiovascular system home and abroad, A circuit model which coupled left heart and arteries as a whole is adopted under the MATLAB language in this paper. Comparing the simulation result with the actual situation of the physical system, the simulation curves conform to the actual rules. When heart beats, the values of those parameters could be seen in a dynamic way with the scene of a three-dimensional beating heart.In addition, with the mathematical analysis and theoretical study, Research on resistance and compliance of some certain tubes of different materials was done in this paper. With those curves of artery, rules and performance measure of arterial impedance and compliance is derived. In the whole body in the circulatory system, blood vessels plays a very important role, they are responsible for the entire human connectivity, nutrients and energy transport. The Gospel was brought through the application of artificial blood vessel to those sufferers of atherosclerosis, artery disease and other neurological disease. So this study is of great significance.
