| TV talk show program is a type of popular variety show in the area of TV media, whichtake face to face conversation between anchorperson and guests as main representationforms,and has distinctive mechanism and regulation of conversation, therefore, it is a typicalconversation type that has caught attention of many language worker. The paper select theprogram-<Behind Story>,which not has been analyzed professionally,as the object ofstudy on the basis of previous research, and focus on the analysis of conversationalcharacteristic with the existent relevant theories of conversational and discourse analysis.First, the author introduces the developmental circumstance and applied situation in TV talkshow program of the theories of conversational analysis. Second, conversationalcharacteristic of TV talk show program is demonstrated from three aspects, that are halfinstantaneous effect of conversation、positional anisomerous effect of participants andcolloquial ettect of language, and intersubjective proper conversational mode is summarizedfrom the aspects of topic and turn, with the purpose of analyzing the signification of TV talkshow program. Third, the author summarize and expatiate three conversational traits ofprogram<Behind Story>-popular quality、recreational quality and removed structuralquality, which is different from other TV talk show programs on the basis of meticulousanalysis on the program. Finally, the monolithic and local conversational structure of theprogram are analyzed in-depth in order to sum up type and structural mode of the outset、main body and finality of monolithic conversational structure, and to study the turn、feedback item and corrected mechanism by way of discussing the method of giving up orstriving for turn. For example, giving up current turn can be achieved through the way ofdesignating next speaker with calling and staring, on the other hand, striving for turn can beachieved through the conversational strategy of chiming in、interrupting or superposition. |
