With the rapid development of China’s aviation industry,The demands of peopleon the aviation wireless communication services have become more and moreincreasingly. The rapid development in the aviation wireless communications businessrequires more effective wireless spectrum resources, However, The wireless network iswidely used in fixed spectrum allocation policy, spectrum management, allocation andaccess system is not reasonable, resulting in the available spectrum resource utilizationrate is low, the bulk of the spectrum is not fully utilized. Effective spectrum allocationand spectrum access strategy can effectively alleviate the major problem in spectrumresource scarcity. Therefore, in order to meet the growing aviation wirelesscommunications business, research effectively spectrum allocation and spectrum accessprogram applied in aeronautical communication network will become the imminentproblems.At present, The international organization put forward that aviation communicationnetwork will be a space system, space based system and roadbed system integrationsystem, and in the ideal case, the aviation communication network can be seen asaviation Ad hoc Network. This paper studied dynamic spectrum allocation andspectrum access approach applied in aeronautical communication network, usingeconomics game theory and random process theory to study the spectrum utilization inaeronautical Ad hoc Network. According to the scene that single primary user andmultiple secondary users use the same spectrum in the aviation Ad hoc Network, thispaper put forward a kind of effective spectrum allocation and spectrum access scheme.When the primary user do not access the spectrum, using the cournot game model, onthe basis of ensuring the service quality of the primary user, put forward a kind of fairspectrum allocation scheme, so that each secondary user can equally distribute the idlespectrum resources and can guarantee their each maximum income; When the primaryuser access the spectrum, using the theory of stochastic processes, structure the priorityqueue buffer mechanism, based on Marco chain spectrum access model, greatlyimproves the spectrum utilization rate, and got the statistical characteristics under thethese systems. Finally, in order to reduce the decrease of system throughput, caused bysecondary user interference, this paper put forward a kind of access control strategy, thestrategy can make a good compromise between the system throughput and fairness, guarantee system performance in a certain extent. By the numerical test, the dynamicspectrum allocation scheme and spectrum access scheme this paper put forward can beapplied in aviation since the group network model.Spectrum allocation and spectrum access technology is very important for theaeronautical Ad hoc Networks, this article studied a kind of relatively simple spectrumallocation and spectrum access scheme, and get the scheme of system statistics. In thefuture, the application scenes of multiple primary users and multiple secondary usersand multi priorities access system will become the study object, spectrum allocation andspectrum access technology in aviation Ad hoc Networks will be more mature andperfect.
