With the scale of the internet getting more complicated and the application of theinternet taking more forms, an increasing number of companies and equipment carriersrequire more complicated application, which is a challenge for thenetworks’transmitting capability. Most of current networks are based on the IP ProtocolSuite, providing the service of transmitting data. However, they lack the function ofregulating the entire network resources; as a result, it is likely to result in a crowdednetwork system and improportionate load attribution, which is a huge waste of networkresources. MPLS has an advantage in VPN and traffic engineering. Meanwhile, theLSP makes the VPN and traffic engineering more efficient in attribution, as a result, theroute algorithm becomes the critical part of MPLS traffic engineering and VPN.This thesis is divided into three parts.Firstly, it provides a basic concept of MPLS, its principle and structure, includingLDP protocol, label forwarding paths and some technologies based on MPLS.Secondly, the thesis analyzes some classical LSP routing algorithms and brings upan advanced minimum interference calculating method. The improved method aims atenhancing the throughput of the network and reducing rejection rate of LSP, predicts thenode for the bandwidth and the critical link routing and the sub critical link routing andcalculates the node right value. By simulation experiment, the thesis comes to the conclusion that the improved calculating method can improve the efficiency of theresources and reduce the rejection rate of the LSP requests.Thirdly, this thesis synthesizes the theory and the practice by LDP which accordingto RFC5036and implement by C language that set in Linux kernel on routing platform,and it mainly completes the demand analysis, module design, data structure design,code, unit testing, system testing, and realize the label distribution and LSP established.
