The problem of traffic engineering has researched for years, and the people have proposed many resolvents, but with MPLS to implement traffic engineering has the advantage of the traditional scheme. The problem of MPLS traffic engineering can come down to the path confirmed which the data stream transfers, namely explicit route established, so we research the constraint condition and aim function of the traffic engineering dynamic routing algorithm, build the math model of the algorithm, and give the routing rules, that has special important meanings for dynamic realization of traffic engineering based on MPLS. In this paper, we propose a new dynamic routing algorithm named LPR based on XUE by analyzing and researching routing algorithm and give an idea of path loading equilibrium. We not only present the detail realization of LPR, but validate the advantage of this algorithm comparing with XUE and SPF algorithm by simulation.
