Precision agriculture has become a hot topic in the country,but the system offarmland environment information collection is still in an early and experimental stage,Currently, most of the system of field information collection is wired, there are manydisadvantages of a short distance, cabling, maintenance difficulties, higher costs, and soon. It does not apply to the large area of farmland environment.Because of excellent practicality and scalability of wireless sensor networks, andthe application of wireless sensor networks in precision agriculture system has becomethe forefront and the most attractive hotspots to improve the agricultural production andquality, reduce production costs, improve the ecological environment and sustainabledevelopment of agriculture.The Wireless sensor network data fusion system could effectively fuse data toreduce redundant information to exchange. It could save the energy of network andprolong the life of network.First of all, this paper introduces the basic concepts, related technologies andmajor application of the precision agriculture and data fusion; Summarized the mainresearch directions of data fusion, the current status quo of research; made furtherresearch on the data fusion of the application layer and network layer, expounded therelevant theoretical basis and the network model; based on the above study basis, for thefeatures of the monitoring of farmland environment are the area of large, slowingchanges in the environmental data and the low of real-time requirments, designed themonitoring system of precision agriculture farmland environmental. The main researchwork include:①The agreement of L&P is designed for the features of the monitoring offarmland environment are the area of large and the long-distance transmission.Thestandard of clustering includes the battery and distances. The phenomenon of thelow-energy nodes act as cluster head premature death reduced. The energy of thenetwork more balanced distribution in each node, from an overall extended life cycle ofthe network.②Slow change for farmland environmental monitoring, environmentalinformation, and less demanding of real-time, a progressive data fusion algorithm, therelative increase in the computation of the node, but greatly reduced the amount of data transmission through simulation comparison experiments,verify the practicality of thealgorithm, reducing the energy consumption of the system. The simulation results verifythe practicality of the algorithm, reducing the energy consumption of the system.③We have designed the monitoring system of precision agriculture farmlandenvironmental based on the agreement of L&P, The protocol and algorithm can not onlycan make the operating system stablely, but also, to some extent, can balance energyconsumption.
