The fast development of Broadband wireless mobile communication technologyand continuous innovation of Web Application make Mobile Internet services becomesanother driving force for the development of Internet after the Broadband technology.These technologies provide a new platform for the Internet. With the progress of themobile Internet technology, a variety of mobile services applications appear, more andmore network data resources can give a new experience to mobile subscribers. However,this also leads to the "chimney" resource monopoly problem which will reduce theefficiency of resource utilization. In addition, under the condition of sharing resources,storage capacity and handling ability become a limitation when mobile terminal inquiresresources. In order to solve the above mentioned problems, we designed a resourcemanagement system (RMS) and developed a resource management platform (RMP)based on INON (Intelligent Node Overlay Network).To solve these problems, we design resources management system based onIntelligent Node Overlay Network and realize resources management platform.In RMS respect, it first introduces the research background. Then, this paperintroduces the analysis of INON and resource management module. After that, thecommunication protocol message between resource management module andapplication is given. This paper focuses on the research of how to design and implementRMS based on INON. The key contents are as follows:(1)In order to reduce the numberof overdue resources,the system uses the dynamic update strategy which effectivelyguarantees the validity of shared resource data. We did a test which verifies that theaverage failure rate of data is less than0.25%.(2)For the resource query, consideringthe characteristics of mobile terminal, we use URL query based on HTTP protocolwhich reduces application requirements for the equipments.(3)In order to achieve multiservices management, real-time allocation strategy which improves the effectiveness ofthe system operation parameters is adopted in the system.In resource management platform respect, it first introduces overall description ofRMP. Then, this paper introduces development technology and design of RMS. Itincludes design of overall framework and introduction of function modules. In the lastpart of this respect, this paper focuses on the realization of RMP. The goal of this paperis to develop RMP using PHP language base on RMS. This platform is based on the web and is safe to operate. RMP uses application and separate processing to designplatform framework and implement a friendly interface which improves themaneuverability of the system. The test validates that in a long time running condition,the time of resource publishing is within a small time interval, which means that thesystem is stable.The platform can apply to multi mobile services management and provideresources sharing which will greatly reduces application requirements to the mobileterminal. The stability and resources variety of the system can meet the requirements ofmobile Internet and mobile equipment applications.
