Reporting System Design On Data Integration Platform And Key Technologies Implementation Of Lenovo Call Center

This thesis designs system structure of Data Integration Platform, Functionmodules and studies relevant implementation technique, including ApplicationIntegration System Technique Research, Database and Data Warehouse Technique, etc.Currently, we usually meet various formats and data resources when call centerreports review. How to store data effectively and capture data timely has been a mainproblem for Enterprise Application Development. With the expansion of Lenovo callcenter business, current reporting system has not met the requirements of sub-center,REM regin support and other complicated status.Data Integration Platform relieves the puzzles of mass data and informationislands, optimizes current reporting modules from a whole. As one of highlightprojects of Lenovo call center in FY2010, based on the studies of Data IntegrationPlatform system struction, function module and relevant implementation technique,this project has rebuilt an integrated reporting system to ensure the consistency of dataresource and provides an unified database access, improving the efficiency of datasharing use to achieve that different level people can get data from differentdimension and even raw data, that will improve the report accurancy and helpmulti-dimension output based on timely analysis and data automatic calculation.
