Design And Implementation Of Data Reporting Platform For Henan Greenhouse Gas Emission

In recent years,the increase of greenhouse gas emission concentration has led to an increasingly serious global greenhouse effect problem.It has caused serious damage to the stability of the entire ecosystem.In order to control greenhouse gas emissions in a comprehensive way,the National Development and Reform Commission requires all provinces and autonomous regions to establish a data reporting system for greenhouse gas emissions of enterprises within their jurisdictions and generate an overall report with guiding significance for the reference of relevant departments.At present,China's work on the reporting and arrangement of greenhouse gas data is mainly performed through manual operations.It is inefficient and easy to lose the data in the course of operations and does not form a standard business standard.Therefore,the establishment of a unified greenhouse gas data reporting platform has become the primary task of controlling greenhouse gas emissions.Based on the specific situation of greenhouse gas data reported in Henan Province,we develop a greenhouse gas data collection,reporting,verification and statistical analysis system,which is Henan Province Greenhouse Gas Data Reporting Platform.This platform mainly adopts the B/S architecture design and uses SQL Server 2008 as the platform's database management system.We develop it with the mature ASP.NET technology which is under the VS.NET integration environment.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyze the data reporting process and clarify the overall system requirements.Analyze the business needs of the different roles involved in the system and the requirements of the system security and the overall business process.2.Discuss the problems of database design,dynamic generation of emission reports,and access rights of modules in the system design in detail,and propose a reasonable solution.3.According to requirement analysis,divide the system function into modules in detail,set the different module access rights for different roles and implement Data Reporting Platform for Henan Greenhouse Gas Emission which is based on ASP.NET.At present,this reporting platform has entered the stage of internal testing,and the Henan Development and Reform Commission also has organized and completed the first batch of training for companies to fill in.The implementation of the platform standardizes the enterprise data reporting and data verification processes.It also provides solid and reliable data support for the relevant departments to understand the province's greenhouse gas emissions status,which is of great significance for further improving carbon emission management.
