With the development of information technology and the rise of Internet, thesociety has entered“The Electronic Commerce Age”, and the competition ofenterprise market is getting intense. Call Center can effectively provide customerswith high-quality, high-efficiency and full services.In this paper, we analyze the development process and organizational structureof the domestic and international call center and study the design and implementationprocess of call center based on voice card, and moreover, we introduce the effect ofcall center in public accumulation funds. With a full investigation, and furtherunderstand the system demand, combined with the latest trends-the popular digitalrelay voice board, we put forward the accumulation fund call center solutions, anddesign programs to realize the function of accumulation funds based on the call center.Through the establishment of accumulation funds call center system, we canautomatically provide customers with fast and convenient services, reduce servicecosts, improve social benefits. Therefore, The research and development based onthe modern CTI call center have extremely important theoretical and practicalsignificance.In this paper, We provide the solution analysis of call center and introduce theconstruction technology and process of call center based on voice card, which givesome help to the enterprises that know little but are eager to construct call center. Wehighly integrate the CTI services development of call center, which makes the Clientprocedure development based on CTI easy to work. Interface is better and moreconvenient and the key parameter setting system is easy to work, which get moreaffinity to users. We reveal some important index data, and query result in the formsof lists, patterns and instruments panel etc. We suggest the public accumulation fundsto set up call center system, which can provide society with fast and convenientservice, make the transfer channels of service demand information smooth. Moreover,it enhances the work efficiency, reduces service costs and increases social benefits.
