Study On Image Processing Software For Scrap Of Waste Printed Circuit Board

At present, how to recycle the waste printed circuit board, which is one kind of electronic waste, is the hotspot and difficulty to research. The scraps which come from crashed waste printed circuit board include a lot of material which has obvious physical characteristics. How to measure the physical characteristics of the particles and classify the particles is the major research of my thesis. The characteristic parametres of solid particle image have been calculated in this thesis, like perimeter,area,aspect ratio,color infomation,granularity,in which some methods have been adopted such as image enhancing,color image segmenting,object measurement and so on,according to microscopical observation and image processing technology. Then,an essential database has been founded with these characterictic parameters.This thesis mainly describes how to realize a image processing software for waste printed circuit board with C# language based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. It will be helpful for recycling waste printed circuit board.
