Research On Supply Status Of Chong Qing And Countermeasures

In July,2008, according to Chongqing’s political, economic, and cultural reality,Chongqing government settled the development goals:"livable Chongqing, forest Chongqing,safety Chongqing, healthy Chongqing, and unimpeded Chongqing". This policy is not only inaccordance with the objective laws of the development, but also it s the requirement ofDevelopment of the West Regions policy. Most importantly, it s the product of scientificdevelopment policy. Due to the developmental goal, public sports service which affectingpeople s living standard, living habits and the quality of life have caught more attention. Withthe rapid development of Chongqing s economy and the improvement of citizen s overallquality, people become more and more diversified demand for sports public service.Therefore, this paper focused on the present situation of Chongqing sports public service, andthe existing problems, finally we have some effective countermeasures.This research referred to the government work report, the Chongqing Municipal SportsBureau website, CNKI, sports information network, sports policies and regulations, publicservice introduction, sports activities, sports statistics yearbook, library, Wanfang Data,Wikipedia, Google and other related datas, and I visited Chongqing City in person, ShapingbaDistrict, Wanzhou District, Bureau of sports of Yunyang County and finally interviewedexperts, I objectively and truly understand and know the sports public services in ChongqingCity. The present situation of public sports service supply mainly include the followingseveral aspects: Firstly, Diversity of supply content. The facilities for exercises are improved,and gradually formed a large sports guide service system, besides, sports legalization isobviously enhanced. The national physique monitoring have given initial results, physicalactivity is more diversified and miniaturization; Secondly, The main supply is monopolistic;thirdly, the supply mode is too simple.According to the status of an objective analysis of the existing problems of ChongqingCity Sports Public Service, the following are some of them: the government functionpositioning errors; a single main supply; the overall low quality of community sportsinstructors; community organization is not working well, etc. Based on the present status andthe problems, there are some suggestions: The government should start transformation of government functions from the micro to macro; build up a diversified supply and investmentChannels; develop social sports instructor system from both the quantity and the quality;established a properly sports organizations for Chongqing, to meet the public’s growing sportsdiversified demand.
