A Research On The Effect And Influencing Factors Of Public Sports Service Supply In Hefei City From The Public Perspective

National fitness is one of the most important livelihood strategies in China at this stage.Public sports services,as the essence of public cultural services,have become an important focus of basic public service provision.Strengthening the supply of public sports services to meet the diverse sports needs of the masses is the core content and guiding direction of the party and government's series of public sports service policy documents at this stage.The best public service supply is essentially a development process of two-way communication consisting of the supply subject and the service object.A public sports service supply model that continuously and scientifically integrates with the actual needs of the public is conducive to maximizing service benefits.This article takes the public in Hefei as the main research object,based on the new public service theory and government performance evaluation theory,to conduct relevant literature review and research.At the same time,based on the current state of public sports service supply in Hefei,based on the public perspective,the evaluation of the effect of public sports service supply in Hefei was conducted from the aspects of public sports facility resource supply and event events.Based on the study of the literature,the relevant factors affecting the public evaluation of public sports services in Hefei City were discussed.At the same time,empirical research and normative research are combined.Through field visits and questionnaire surveys,SPSS23 is used to organize and analyze data of valid questionnaire information.The study found that the content of public sports service supply in Hefei has been greatly improved and improved in recent years,but the public 's overall evaluation of the effect of public sports service supply in Hefei is not high and there is still much room for improvement.In terms of demographic characteristics,the factors of gender,age,education,and income level will have a certain impact on the public's evaluation of public sports services in Hefei;The three factors of the public's awareness of sports participation,public sports service supply capacity,and public sports service supply concept will affect the public's evaluation of the supply of public sports services in Hefei;Among them,the supply capacity and concept of public sports services has a greater impact on public evaluation,and the public 's awareness of sports participation has a relatively small impact;The government still has a lot of room for improvement in the provision of public sports service information,sports culture promotion,and information communication and feedback channels with the public.Based on the investigation and research,and combined with the current state of public sports service supply in Hefei,this article attempts to put forward some suggestions to promote the improvement of the effect of public sports service supply: First,we must build a multi-supply body of public sports services and improve public sports supply capacity of services,innovate service delivery methods,implement different service supply contents for different characteristics of the population,carry out a wide variety of sports and cultural activities and events;increase public sports service training organizations and personnel construction,and strengthen the public sports service organizations and personnel's concept of serving the people;establish a sound public information feedback channel,provide scientific and convenient mass information feedback channels,enhance communication and exchanges;and improve the on-site management of public stadiums to enhance the public experience of use and so on.The provision of public services is a process that needs to be continuously supplemented and improved in accordance with the socio-economic development status.Public sports services will be one of the important modules of China's public service supply for a period of time.Through investigation and research,this article hopes that the suggestions can help promote the better development of public sports services in Hefei City.
