The Study Of Formative And Reflective Indicators Of CBA Sport Stadium Atmosphere

This article reports the findings of an investigation into the atomosphere in stadiums during live team sports.Experiencing this special atmosphere represents an essential part of the total service provided by the organizers of sport event.In this paper, the literature data, methods of observation, interviews, Delphi method on formative and reflective indicators of CBA sport stadium atmosphere. The combination of environmental psychology theory defined sport stadium atmosphere using the Delphi method the formative indicators screening determine stadium atmosphere, through interviewing CBA stadium atmosphere reflective indicators. Determine the final use of the analytic hierarchy process and the percentage CBA sport stadium atmosphere formative indicators, two indicators of weight, combined with consumer behavior SOR model to build the structure of the CBA sport stadium atmosphere model.
