At present,our country has entered a new period of all-round construction of socialist modernization.The time development calls for the high-quality development of education in our country.The demand for high-quality and high-level basic education and secondary vocational education teachers in society is more urgent.The aim is to train high quality and high level full-time teachers in basic education schools and secondary vocational schools who master modern education theory and have strong teaching practice and research ability.Among them,teaching ability is the core ability of the full-time postgraduates of education.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to pay attention to the current situation and influencing factors of the teaching ability of the full-time postgraduates of education,find out the existing problems,explore the causes of the problems,put forward suggestions and measures to optimize the training,and improve the quality of the teaching ability training of the full-time postgraduates of education.This study takes the teaching ability of the full-time postgraduate students of A University as the research object,comprehensively uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to make an in-depth analysis and discussion on the teaching ability and cultivation of the full-time postgraduate students of this university.According to the purpose of the study,according to the standard questionnaire design procedure,the researchers designed a questionnaire with high reliability and validity about the teaching ability of full-time postgraduates and its influencing factors,and carried out the questionnaire survey.Firstly,descriptive statistical analysis and difference significance test are carried out on the survey results,and it is found that the teaching preparation ability,teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching reflection and research ability and overall teaching ability of the full-time postgraduates of education in A university are at a slightly above the average level.However,there is still a big gap between the country to set up master of education to train high-quality excellent teachers,showing a big limitation,there is still a lot of room for improvement;Secondly,the correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out on the survey results to reveal the factors that influence the teaching ability of full-time postgraduates of education in A university: A university full-time postgraduates of education own professional development consciousness,teaching experience,the consistency of undergraduate and postgraduate majors,the rationality of professional curriculum,the demonstration of teacher education curriculum implementation,the standardization of teaching practice management and the effectiveness of campus tutor guidance.On this basis,the researcher compiled an interview outline for full-time postgraduate students of A university,teacher educators and education administrators,and conducted the interview to find out the main reasons for the limitations of teaching ability of full-time postgraduate students of A university: The consciousness of professional development of full-time postgraduates of education in A university is not strong;The academic tendency of professional curriculum is obvious.The short length of schooling can not provide enough time for the postgraduates of education to practice teaching;The demonstration of teacher education curriculum implementation is not strong,which emphasizes theory and ignores practice.A Lack of teaching experience for full-time postgraduates of education in A university;The management of teaching practice of full-time postgraduates of education in A university is not standardized;The full-time postgraduates of education with different majors lack professional foundation and teaching practice experience;The absence of external tutors in the dual tutorial system.Aiming at the above problems,influencing factors and reasons,based on the reflective practice of teacher professional development theory,practice community theory and practice-oriented curriculum theory,as well as the relevant policies of full-time education postgraduate training,this study puts forward the optimization strategy of teaching ability cultivation for full-time education postgraduates in A university: To enhance the professional development consciousness of full-time postgraduates of education through multiple channels;Developing practice-oriented teacher education curriculum;Strengthen the deep cooperation among the School of Education,the professional schools and the external practice tutors;Extend the length of study to ensure the time of off-campus teaching practice and reflection;The implementation of teacher education curriculum should be action-oriented;Strengthen the standard management of teaching practice and practical guidance for full-time postgraduates of education.
