Wisdom is a complex, abstract, philosophical concept. It is difficult to makequantitative analysis essentially on it, and that is the charm of wisdom. With thecurriculum reform gradually phased in, the Curriculum structure become more diverse,teaching content and methods become more abundant, and teaching communicationbecome more flexible. So it is needed to make higher requirement to teachers abouttheir professional growth, and that more and more teachers with teaching wisdomrenovate the classes and make the classes alive and active. From nineties of last century,"The Teaching Wisdom" has been within the studying field of education researchers ofour country. In the past decades of studying, the connotation、constituent element、influencing factors have been to be the system. However, the study on teaching wisdomgenerating mechanism is still immature and the study is likely to come to the the logicalframework of simple thinking.The rising of complexity science makes a new way of thinking to learn the worldfor people, which is complexity thinking. Under this, we can take the studying object asa complex system to learn and study it with the features such as nonlinearity、uncertainty、ordering and disordering、self-organizing and so on. From the point ofcomplexity thinking, on the basis of literature studies with related theory of complexityscience, this thesis makes the specific study on connotation and levels of teachingwisdom, and makes the specific analysis on generating elements of teaching wisdom bytheoretical speculating and combined with empirical studies of cases and interviews,constructing the frame of the teaching wisdom generating system and making theelaboration on operation process and characteristics of the teaching wisdom generatingsystem. Finally, verify and check the teaching wisdom generation mechanism by casesstudying, and put forward the generating strategy of teaching wisdom.This thesis sets teaching wisdom into three levels, which, from low to high, areskill-using properly、react quickly-witted、freely and harmoniously, and set teachingwisdom into two subsystems, which are personal internal generation system andexternal influencing conditions system. The personal internal generation system is composed of the elements such as awareness、thinking、teaching cognition、teachingreflection、teaching intellect、emotion、willpower、belief and so on. The externalinfluencing conditions system is composed of humanistic environment for growth、cultural influence of schools、influence of family、influence of peer and so on. Basing onthis, the thesis makes the study on the teaching generating mechanism, and makes theelaboration on the whole evolution process of teaching wisdom generating system andspecific operation process of teaching wisdom generating mechanism, gives the ideasthat the teaching wisdom generating system wholly shows the principle of overall, andit is generated in the way of infinite loop. And put forward the teaching wisdom strategyfrom two aspects, which are perfecting the personal internal elements of the teachingwisdom generation and creating the external influencing environment suiting for thegeneration of teaching wisdom.
