The Study About Constructing Middle School Whole Staff Morals Education

Moral education is an important content of secondary education in thenew situation, it is necessary for us to create a new mode of moral education,The whole staff moral education system emerge as the times require. Thetarget of the whole staff moral education is to fully mobilize and exert thepositive factors of school, parents and society, to build a full range of goodgrowth and development environment for the middle school students.To carry out the whole staff moral education cannot neglect the moralway original, i.e. classroom education. Method reform of classroom education,attract more students to participate in classroom, implementation ofparticipatory, interactive classroom moral education model. The whole staffmoral education pattern should be popularized, and to formulate thecorresponding measures and safeguard measures, so that the whole staffmoral education pattern can be carried out smoothly.The whole staff moral education pattern is a new mode of moraleducation, how is the actual effect of it? The results show that thewhole staff moral education pattern is a successful mode of moral education, it completely reversed the effect of moral education in the past was notobvious embarrassment, formed the good moral education in the newsituation.
