Leisure education is an important component and form of quality education,while the implementation status of leisure educational is not optimistic. Mostof the studies remain in the general description of the happiness and thediscussion of the importance and significance of leisure education, lacking ofsystematic study. In order to enhance the subjective well-being in secondaryvocational students, this paper studies the effect of leisure education onsecondary vocational students by carrying out leisure education program intwo classes. The hypothesis is that the students’ well-being will be improvedby leisure education, so that students’ overall enjoyment of campus life will beimproved. The questionnaire of the well-being in Secondary vocationalstudents is by Miao Yuanjiang. Research data includes the activities ofsecondary vocational students, the interviews and the scores of the students inwell-being questionnaire. SPSS12.0is used in data analysis.Leisure education curriculum consists of8themes, each theme for two hoursonce a week, a total of one semester. In leisure activities in the process ofeducation, we have accumulated a large number of student activities andfeelings of the students experience in recording, based on the study of theleisure education, we found that the effect of secondary vocational schoolstudents through all aspects of life, enhance their campus learning satisfactionand happiness. Specific performance: the leisure education to promote thestudents to enrich the campus life quality; vocational students campus life;help them to gradually improve self-awareness; help the students to form asolution to the problem.Our study also shows, through leisure education, two kinds of coping styles inexperimental group students grasp and often used for help and solve problems,well-being was significantly higher than those without mastering and less use of the method of students; often use rationalization, self-accusation, fantasy,retreat coping styles of secondary vocational school students, sense ofhappiness level was significantly lower than less use of the method ofsecondary vocational school students. Problem-solving and help-seekingcoping style helps to enhance students’ sense of happiness. Leisure educationof happiness is an effective way of education based on the all-rounddevelopment of the secondary vocational school students.The students of secondary occupation school is in the rapid changes inphysical and mental development phase, the leisure education can effectivelyimprove the secondary vocational school students sense of happiness, themedium occupation school should pay more attention to the cultivation ofleisure education and the students’ sense of happiness. Proposal first fullyunderstand the status of secondary vocational school leisure education insecondary occupation education; second, pay attention to the leisure educationrole in promoting the students moral development process; third, hope theschool actively using leisure activities, improve the well-being of students insecondary vocational schools.
