With the continuous expanding of the scale of China’s sport science graduatestudents, especially with the rising of physical education professional master training,how to improve the mechanism and quality of physical education profession master isthe key issue. Jiangsu Province is the largest province of China’s science and technology,economy and education,the largest province of university sports graduate culture, has awealth of physical education resources, how to ensure the quality of Jiangsu Provincephysical education and differ with the academic type master, this is a hot issue.This paper using the literature, questionnaire, date statistics, interviews, and datastatistical method, Jiangsu Provice six physical education training school trainingunits(Sochow University, Nanjing Normal University, Yangzhou University, ChinaUniversity of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou Normal University, Nanjing SportsInstitute),the full-time sports professional Master Training Status investigate theproblem and propose appropriate countermeasures, in order to provide the basis for thetraining units, administrative department of Jiangsu Province physical education Master,also physical education Master the graduate strengthen all aspects of their ability toprovide a useful reference.Results are as follows:1Jiangsu Province Sports School (Department) physical education professionalmaster training objective is the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education as thestandard, is based on the policies and regulations of the country to develop. Schooltraining objectives were formulated in terms of ideological and political structure ofknowledge, ability and quality, career orientation. But on the whole, Not in conjunctionwith the respective characteristics to develop specific training objectives. 2The Jiangsu Province physical education professional master of the curriculumsatisfaction is not high, think elective and required courses setting unreasonable,curriculum learning and social practice is not close, the frontiers of knowledge learninginvolves less enlightened master, is not conducive to creative thinking physicaleducation professional master.3Professional Sports Master Academic Sports Master courses, there aredifferences, but not targeted. Especially in teaching methods, curriculum assessmentcould not well with the Sports Master features combined.4Physical education professional master scientific research consciousness of eachculture unit of Jiangsu province is weak, the lack of a correct understanding aboutscientific research activities. The majority of students to participate in scientific researchactivity, the enthusiasm of thesis writing is not high, in order to complete the tasksassigned by the school for the ultimate goal.5At present Jiangsu Province Sports Specialized Master’s degree thesis topics ofwidespread lack of new ideas, research results are not high. Most of the physicaleducation professional master felt its lack of theoretical knowledge in the process ofwriting paper.6Compared to most cultivation practice of physical education professional master,but in the process of specific guidance and management of the physical educationprofessional master practice still has many problems. Some teachers for educationpractice is not ideal; the selection of outside practice students, there are loopholes in themanagement of student education practice; in the end, the performance assessment andreview of too simple, do not play a supervisory role of actual.7Some training units in social practice activities there is a short time, fewerproblems, unable to meet the demand of physical education professional master, causesthe student to the degree of satisfaction is not high.
