In recent years, enrollment of colleges increased, college students employment, completed its system reform, domestic and international economic changed, and negative news in college students employment came out here and there. College students’ employment has become the hot topic in field of sociology and pedagogy.Factors that affect university students’employment can be classified into two large categories:social capital and human capital. This paper explained the theory of social capital and human capital. On this basis, I took the <NSSE-CHINA> as the tools for the data collection of L University2011session of undergraduates’employment situation, family situation, college life. Then I analyzed the data by SPSS17.0. The analysis results show that both the factors of social capital and human capital elements affected college graduates employment.Consequently, the government should provide a platform for fair graduates employment, the colleges should provide graduates effective support, the graduates themselves should promote their capacity for jobs. All the work will make social capital and human capital promote graduates employment in a positive way. |
