The present teaching wisdom,need to lead theclassroom teacher wisdom. Hong Zongli is growing up from the teaching practice of teachers,love language,religious education,the teaching practice and educational theory,reviewsummary ceaselessly, formed its own teaching wisdom on paper. In this paper,Hong Zongli’swisdom of teaching as the breakthrough,explore the teaching of wisdom to generate a desiredtrait. On the basis of teachers professional growth and to the reference and inspiration to obtainteaching wisdom.This paper is the study of the case teaching wisdom,which is the case analysis of Chineseteacher Hong Zongli teaching wisdom. This paper mainly uses the literature research method,classroom observation method,based on full study of Mr. Hong Zongli’s books,papers andHongshi materials,revealing Hong Zongli as the teachers’ professional growth experience,digging Hong Zongli Chinese condensation in the teaching practice in the teaching of wisdom,the teaching reform of teachers’ guiding significance on the professional development of teachersor the formation of teaching wisdom enlightenment. This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction, mainly introduces Mr. Hong Zongli introduction, the relatedliterature on the research achievements of the predecessors,bedding and laid the foundation ofliterature for the paper writing. The scope of the study is researching methods and the paper andhighlighting the purpose and significance of this paper.Support second of Hong Zongli’s Chinese teaching wisdom generating ideas. The "Five"teaching philosophy is to support Mr. Hong Zongli Chinese teaching wisdom theory connotation,the system of philosophy, construction of the "Chinese education chain" is the external model ofthe Chinese teaching wisdom concept presentation,"five said" specific concept of teachingcontents in the model construction.The third part of Hong Zongli’s Chinese teaching wisdom, into the Chinese teachingpractice,the teaching of reading and writing the two main direction,put forward teachingmethod of "double",namely "guide reading" and "writing teaching approach" method,developed and focuses on "quotation" thinking training in Chinese teaching method the important meaningand the students thinking training.Enlightenment of Hong Zongli fourth professional teachers part of growing up.
