| When Chinese athletes win gold and sliver medals in the international Taekwondo Games, Public Taekwondo has became very popular in daily life. At present, there are more than 5,000,000 persons joining Taekwondo Games, and more than 2000 Taekwondo clubs in Changchun. However it's not optimistic for their development, because technical environment, humanistic environment and social environment of these clubs are not very good.Through searching references from Sport learned periodical net and consulting hundreds of learned periodicals, I found that majority of references research the selection, athletic injury and biochemical indicator of athletics Taekwondo, contrarily there are few reference about the status quo and the countermeasures of public Taekwondo club. The author investigates the statues quo of public Taekwondo in Changchun and put forwards some countermeasures depending on the analysis. These provide the references for the local Taekwondo project management center to policy making, and the basis of theory and practice for social Taekwondo to promote and manage. In one word, the social Taekwondo can be more humanized, healthy and scientific, and be further popular and the sustainable development.In this thesis the author investigates 39 TaeKwondo clubs which are registration on-the-spot by using questionnaire. The objects of the investigation are 39 operators, 134 coaches and 767 students by random check. The result showed: In Changchun City, the majority of public Taekwondo clubs are chain operation; the age and academic records level of the coaches are low, and the gender structure is unreasonable; training arena and equipments can't achieve the standard; the youngsters are the main force; the aims are entertainment and improvement of the physical quality.On the base of analyze the problems of public Taekwondo clubs, the author proposes the development countermeasures. Firstly, it's necessary to improve the specialized quality and academic records of the coaches; secondly, it's should increase the supervision effect of department in charge, and establishes the related bylaw; thirdly, it's useful to improve the hardware facilities of the clubs; fourthly, it's necessary to improve the humanistic environment of clubs, formulate the charge standard, strengthen the education of the culture connotation. In one word these will guarantee the public Taekwondo develops orderly and healthily. |
