Our early childhood education developing rapidly and has put forward higher requirements for the professional quality of the kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers in-service training become an important way to promote the professional development of teachers. In recent years, China’s introduction of the relevant documents explicitly requested that we should vigorously strengthen kindergarten teachers in-service training, in-service training of kindergarten teachers has become a focus of current research.This paper use Literature method, questionnaire and interview method to research the Public Kindergarten and private Kindergarten teachers of in-service training which in Nanning. The survey content include that participate in-service situation, evaluation the participated in-service training and training needs, The purpose of this paper is that on the basic of analyzing the problems of in-service training and the cause of the problem and reasons, Proposed some strategies which can improve the quality of in-service training.This paper discussion the theoretical of kindergarten teachers in-service training, including that the basic functions of in-service training, the main value orientation, the nature and structure. Analyzing Nanning two different levels of the Public Kindergarten and private Kindergarten teachers of in-service training situation. The study found that Nanning kindergarten teachers in-service training exist some questions:the opportunities of in-service training imbalance; in-service training timing contradictory; the content of in-service training lack of targeted; the forms of in-service training traditional; the way of evaluation unreasonable; the effectiveness of in-service training is not high. The cause of the problem is mainly due to:policies and training system is unreasonable; the team of trainers ability imbalance; neglect the in-service training needs of kindergarten teachers; some kindergarten teachers to participate in-service training with utilitarian; in-service training evaluation mechanisms are inadequate. To this end, we propose the following measures:strengthening kindergarten teacher in-service training institution building, reform of the training system; selecting trainers with strict attitude, strengthen guiding principal private kindergarten; emphasis on kindergarten teachers in-service training needs research, choose the content of in-service training reasonable; innovative the form of in-service training, based on the practice; adjusting the organization and management of in-service training.
