| As the reform of basic education in china and the process of promoting compulsory education balanced development,teacher becomes the active power in the teacher education reform and development.Teacher training get more and more attention of the state,which constantly intensify support for it,especially the construction of rural teachers become the focus.Rural backbone teacher as the dominant force to promote the development of rural education career,the quality of which has a close relationship with the rural education.However the current rural primary and secondary school backbone teachers’training has some issues,such as the weak of the teachers’training, the monotony and less interaction of training form issues. To study it has important realistic meaning,which lays help for promoting the rural teachers construction and the rural teachers’professional development.This paper is based on the investigation of the basic situation of the rural primary and secondary school backbone teacher’s training.According to the existing issues and the in-depth study,it analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the actual effect of rural primary and secondary school backbone teachers’training.Basing on the teacher professional development stage theory,it discusses the suggestions for the improvement of rural primary and secondary school backbone teachers’training effectiveness,which has the intention to improve the quality of the education of rural primary and secondary school teachers reserve and provide reference and guidance for other teacher training. There are five parts in this paper:Part one is the preface.It describes the reason and significance of the topic,briefly reviews the international and domestic research on teacher training, analyzes the related concepts of rural primary and secondary school backbone teachers training effectiveness, illustrates the research method and thought.The second part discusses the necessity of rural primary and secondary school backbone teachers’training. It looks back into the status of the rural primary and secondary school teachers training in china since1978,to reveal three key steps of the development of the Times and results.The third part is the analysis of the training status.Questionnaire survey,interview,classroom observation on the detailed generalization probes into the issues in current rural primary and secondary school backbone teachers’training.The fourth part analyzes the factors affecting the training effectiveness.The internal factors are the unclear of rural teachers’learning motivation and the low of teachers’self professional identity.The external factors are:the participation exists qualitative and lacks of autonomy;training need analysis has substantive work with virtual phenomenon and lacks of factuality;training process is out of the actual and lacks of pertinence; after training teachers get improve which lacks proper work space.The fifth part puts forward some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of rural backbone teachers’training and promote the development of rural primary and secondary school backbone teachers’training.these suggestions are solidly investigationing teachers training needs;establishing perfect teacher training system;constructing the practice training model and reshaping the teachers’safeguard mechanism. |
