Research On The Training Strategy Of Library And Information Science Master In China

The workers of the library&information science in our country has discussed a lot about the education of the information science,such as Chinese and foreign Comparative Education,Research and review about Regional Education,Discussion on educational theory and so on.These are involved in many aspects of the education system, the mode of education, personnel training, curriculum and course content, teaching methods and means of education,but there are less methods in the area of the Master of Library and Information Studies which is trial ran in recent years.In this paper,according to the development situation of the Library&Information Science in our country and the active demand of the professional personnel in the Library&Information area, I would like to stand on the height of education,refer to the valuable materials about the education experiences and ideas of Library&Information,and in the light of the colleges which have the qualification to take in students of MLIS,to bring forth new ideas of the education and optimize the training mode of MLIS. Based on all of the above, the quality of the training will be constantly optimize. In order to encourage the healthy and continuous improvement of the education of our MLIS, I will put forward the recommendations for improvement of the training of the MLIS.
