Teenagers is a special group,because they are the future and hope of anatian.children in this period grow and develop quickly. It is a significant study to givethem guidance on forming good habits of physical exercise,as well as keepinghealthy.This paper uses the methods of literature reading and questionnaire survey toexplore the relationship among physical activity in Leisure time, self-efficacy andperceived benefit.In this paper,the researchers investigate1152junior school students from grade1to grade2.The data used spss17.0to test the difference,correlation and regressionanalysis of the physical exercise in Leisure time, self-efficacy and perceivedbenefit.The following conclusions:(1) There is a significant correlation between junior school students′physicalexercise in Leisure time, self-efficacy and perceived benefit.(2) Two dimensions of physical exercise in leisure time have significantpredictive effect on perceived benefit.(3) Physical exercise capacity and exercise duration in Leisure time of juniorschool students are different, there are differences in perceived benefit.(4) To Junior school students from different grades,physical exercise capacityand exercise duration of them,self-efficacy and perceived benefit are all significantlydifferent. To Junior school students of different genders,physical exercise capacity andexercise duration of them,self-efficacy and perceived benefit are all significantlydifferent. To Junior school students from different area,physical exercise capacity andexercise duration of them,self-efficacy and perceived benefit are all significantlydifferent.
