belief expectation which is unique to whether an individual is able to achieve the expected effect in the face of challenges.It is a kind of subjective feeling to judge himself,and also an important sign of junior high school students' mental health.The self-efficacy of students in grade one of junior high school is not stable,which is easy to affect their normal learning life.In recent years,the phenomenon of "emphasis on culture rather than body" still exists,and the physical exercise situation of junior high school students is not optimistic.Based on previous studies,this paper explores the impact of intensive physical exercise on the self-efficacy and academic performance of junior high school students,provides detailed practical data and theoretical support for junior high school physical education reform,and has guiding significance for balancing junior high school students' physical exercise and academic learning,promoting students' physical and mental health,and cultivating lifelong physical awareness.This study used literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,psychological measurement,logical analysis and other methods to carry out 16 week physical exercise intervention in primary and secondary schools of 96 students in grade one of junior high school,to explore the impact of physical exercise in primary and secondary schools on self-efficacy and academic performance of students in grade one of junior high school,and draw the following conclusions:(1)The intensity of physical exercise has a positive effect on the overall level of self-efficacy of the students in the first grade of junior high school.The intensity of physical exercise has a significant impact on the overall level of self-efficacy of the students in the first grade of junior high school.The intensity of physical exercise has a significant impact on the self-efficacy of the students in the first grade of junior high school;the intensity of physical exercise has a significant impact on the self-efficacy of the students in the first grade of junior high school Therefore,the effect of moderate intensity physical exercise is better than that of low intensity and high intensity physical exercise.(2)The effect of intensity physical exercise in primary and middle schools on the total academic score of the first grade students is different.The effect of intensity physical exercise in middle and small schools on the total academic score of the first grade students is very significant,while that of intensity physical exercise is not significant.The effect of intensity physical exercise on the overall academic score of the first grade students is not significant Exercise has a negative effect on the total score of the first grade students in junior high school,and moderate intensity and low intensity physical exercise have a positive effect on the total score of the first grade students in junior high school.(3)The intensity of physical exercise in primary and middle schools has a very significant positive impact on the Chinese dimension of students in grade one;the impact of different intensity of physical exercise on the Chinese dimension level of students in grade one is not significant,and the effect of medium intensity physical exercise on the Chinese dimension of students in grade one is better than that of high intensity and low intensity.(4)The effect of high and middle intensity physical exercise on the mathematical dimension of the first grade students is different.The effect of medium intensity physical exercise on the mathematical dimension of the first grade students is very significant.The effect of low intensity physical exercise on the mathematical dimension of the first grade students is significant.The effect of high intensity physical exercise is not significant.The effect of different intensity physical exercise on the mathematical dimension of the first grade students is significant High intensity physical exercise has a negative impact on the mathematical dimension of the first grade students in junior high school.The middle and small intensity physical exercise has a positive impact on the mathematical dimension of the first grade students in junior high school.The effect of medium intensity is better than that of small intensity.(5)The intensity of physical exercise in primary and middle schools has a positive effect on the English dimension of students in grade one of junior high school.The intensity of physical exercise in middle and small schools has a very significant impact on the English dimension of students in grade one of junior high school.The intensity of physical exercise in different levels has no significant impact on the English dimension of students in grade one of junior high school.The intensity of physical exercise in middle and small schools has no significant impact on the English dimension of students in grade one.of junior high school The effect of improving students' English dimension is better than that of small intensity,and that of small intensity is better than that of large intensity.(6)Self efficacy is positively correlated with mathematics and English dimensions.When the physical exercise is of medium intensity,the physical exercise exerts an influence on the first grade students' English through self-efficacy,which is the intermediary variable of physical exercise's influence on English;when the physical exercise is of high intensity and medium intensity,the physical exercise exerts an influence on the first grade
