At present, the volunteer service is a new flourishing thing to attract college students with its various forms and abundant contents, provide a platform for students to contact social, understand the people, at the same time, volunteer service greatly enriches the spirit life, and becomes an effective way to realize the purpose of ideological and political education in the new era.First of all, this study defines the basic concepts and the theoretical basis through review literature and volunteer service instances.
