Research On The Spirit Cultivation Of College Students' Volunteer Service From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

In this paper,it guided by the Marxism,and used the knowledge of ideological and political education,philosophy,sociology and psychology,humanities and social disciplines and took the cultivation of the spirit of volunteer service of college students as the research object,combining with 19 th CPC National Congress' s spirit,the file "The Ministry of education about deepening the opinions of the volunteer service activities of students" and the file of the Central Commission of Civilization which is "the opinions of the in-depth development of volunteer service activities",and from the perspective of ideological and political education,using the methods of literature research,quantitative research and qualitative research,trying to correctly analyze the problems and causes of the cultivation of college students' volunteer service spirit on the basis of investigation,and puts forward the countermeasures of the cultivation of the volunteer spirit of college students in the new era.This paper holds that there are two major problems in the volunteer service spirit of college students,and one is the deviation in the cognition of the volunteer service spirit,the other is that college students can not actively practice the volunteer service spirit.There are some problems in the cultivation of the volunteer service spirit,which is mainly the cultivation goal is ambiguity,the content of cultivation is thin,the cultivation mechanism is not perfect and the cultivation process is not strict.The causes of these problems are the individual causes of college students,the school reasons and social reasons,but attitude neglect is the common reason.To solve these problems and reasons,this paper argues that we should strengthen to the classroom teaching of ideological and political theory education of the dominate education and extracurricular activities,social practice(mostly volunteer service practice)of recessive education.In addition,we should take the student as the main body of self education into play and collective education,using the security of social laws and regulations and voluntary cultural propaganda,to absorb the draw lessons from foreign experience,and finally form the volunteer spirit fosters resultant force,and promote promote the cultivation of the volunteer service spirit of college students in the new era.
