Yichun Forest Region Pupil Winter Sports Activities Research

Yichun city is located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province, and Russiaacross the river, named Tangwang River tributary of the Yichun River, known as thenative forest and Pinus koraiensis hometown said, the forest is an important part offorest resources in the northern region of china. As the snow and ice resources andforestry resources characteristic is particularly prominent in the region, Yichun citywinter school extracurricular sports activities with local characteristics. Due to therural urbanization process accelerated, and the people lack the correct understandingof sports activities, physical status of pupils in Yichun city in recent years is notoptimistic, physical health level was decreased year by year, a series of healthproblems emerged. Extracurricular sports activities as the extension and supplementof school physical education curriculum, has very important influence on the students’physical health and body shape development.This study used the method of literature, questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods, conducted a study of Yichun City elementaryschool extracurricular sports activities in winter. Understanding of the morningexercises, class-break setting-up exercise, class sports activities, after-school sportstraining, after-school sports competitions, students exercise self, family sports,community sports development situation. The results are as follows: with theimprovement of living standards, the city to speed up the process, development ofpupils in Yichun city in winter sports extracurricular activities affected. Authorinvestigation shows, at present Yichun primary forest areas winter extracurricularsports projects mainly in the following: the ice project (skating, speed skating,pumping Bingga, hoop, ice hockey, curling, ice sheet tastes); snow project (thesnowman, sandbags, shuttlecock, snowball, SUV, sledge transformation); otherprojects (snow, snow, snow football war two three foot, ice dragon boat, cockfighting,snow sledge);and general project(running,soccer,tug of war,swim,badminton, pingpang). The impact factors of Yichun elementary school students inextracurricular sports activities in winter mainly has: the interest of students, parentstreat sports attitude and sports consciousness, the parents of their own burden ofstudents, school support, relevant departments of supervision, equipment, teacher’sprofessional technical level, school teachers, rapid city of the influence of traditionalsports activities. And puts forward suggestions and solutions to the problem.
