Differentiated instruction is one of the most important contemporary basic education teaching reformidea,, and it has aroused people more and more attention.But as far as the current situation of domesticeducation teaching, differentiated instruction is encountering many difficulties, the implementation ofdifferentiated instruction did not achieve the education teaching effect.The teaching reform of SeedAcademy of Taiwan,which has a similar cultural background to domestic primary and secondaryschools,insists on respect for individual differences,in education concept, course, environment, teachers,etc.And it has set up its own a set of rules system, embody the distinctive features,to a certain extent for theplight of the difference teaching provides a possible breakthrough, for us to further perfect theory andstrategy of differentiated instruction, to promote the practice of development of differentiated instructionhas the vital significance.This paper includes the introduction and three parts.In the introduction part,we explain the reasons of selecting this topic, and introduce the research statusboth at home and abroad on the topic of this paper, research ideas, research significance and researchmethods, etc.In the first part, through access to relevant data, we discuss the connotation of differentiated instructionfrom theoretical aspects, and the contemporary value and the reality education teaching implementationwhen facing difficulties.First of all,we discuss the connotation of the differentiated instruction,namely:differentiated instruction is based on students individual difference, is objective and comprehensiveview of the student individual differences for the implementation of the premise, take the correspondingteaching measures, which finally promote students individual teaching on the basis of the original fulldevelopment. And its following qualitative characteristics: respect for differences, autonomous choice andmultiple choice, dynamically generated, the difference between sharing and so on. On this basis, based onthe contemporary society and long-term development of people, discusse the difference in modern andcontemporary social economic development of the teaching mode, the basic requirement of multicultural development as well as people in the way of realizing ego value reflected the contemporary value.Finally,from the backward education idea, large classes, the lack of teaching resources, the abstract contents,closed environment and negative tension, parent-child relationship between teachers and students fromseveral aspects discusses the facing difficulties in implementation of differentiated instruction.In the second part,through access to relevant data, we scan the social, cultural, education background andspecific measures of teaching reform of Seed Academy of Taiwan.Firstly, introduced the concept of SeedAcademy of Taiwan, education idea, and education profile.And then through the interpretation of socialculture background in Taiwan and the main problems of education, on the background and claims of"educational reform movement On April1"in Taiwan analysis the background of social culture andeducation of the teaching reform of Seed Academy.Finally,scan the teaching reform of Seed Academy ofTaiwan.Mainly includes:Attaches great importance to the personality education, emphasizing hisfamily;Respect the students’ learning needs, allowing across stage course;Height of the teaching autonomyand rational supervision and balance design;Multi-channel enrich the school library, and implements theopen management;Build open study area, and promote the personalized development of students;Createand adhere to the "dialogue" system, create the social culture;Require parents to join the growing team,build healthy parent-child relationship.In the third part, on the basis of the analysis of the implementation difficulties in differentiatedinstruction and the teaching reform of Seed Academy of Taiwan,we discuss the enlightenment of theteaching reform of Seed Academy of Taiwan to differentiated instruction.Mainly includes:Starting from thestudent’s own needs, set up the correct education idea;Reducing class size, optimizing class arrangementmode;Provide diverse curriculum resources, raises the student independent choice and ability tolearn;Teaching teacher enjoys a high degree of autonomy, realize the reasonable teaching supervision andbalance;Build harmonious and open teaching environment, realize the sharing differences and independentdevelopment of students.
