Research on the examination has been attracted the attention of many scholars, scholars from the different research perspectives, research methods, and hope to test the issue in-depth analysis and discussion. However, at this stage, for the examination of the classification range, scope definition is vague, such as their function, purpose and results of the different divisions, there is no clearly defined, according to the different areas. we defer examination into the field of education and social examination. At this stage of the study selection examination lot, college course examination did not receive attention. As the cradle of the future university personnel training, curriculum standards exam is obtained professional degree student, has an important role in improving the quality of education and educational reform.The rapid development of higher education in the new era of technology and college teaching and examination of proposed new requirements, as the course examination in the development of higher education also need to adapt to continuous self-improvement and adjustments to adapt to the times. From the current status and quality of personnel training college curriculum exam, the course examination as a test of student learning tools has highlighted a number of issues. Either teachers or students regarded as the end of course examination of teaching, curriculum exam is considered to be the teaching activities of teachers and teaching ending task completion mark, holding the attitude of students to cope with the treatment examinations. Exam has lost its proper guidance and improving teaching capabilities, greatly hurt the student learning initiative and autonomy. Such phenomenon ignited the personal thoughts and concerns, through the study of college exams, college courses can not only deepen the rational knowledge, improve the system of theoretical knowledge, but also allows us to test the practical courses to learn more about the activities and awareness through different angles and perspectives, help us with a rational, scientific approach to improve the examination process and the problems.This article is based on the basis of differences in the development of teaching philosophy, starting from the exam point of view, in-depth analysis of the relationship between test basic functionality and teaching and learning test, the fundamental purpose of the examination is to teaching, the examination is to guide and improve in order to promote student body personality development. Recognizing that education is the prerequisite to test and promote educational activities to ensure normal operations. Through the use of questionnaires and interviews to understand the way college courses that exist in the current examination malpractice:Student-sided pursuit of high scores, ignoring the mastery of knowledge and personal growth and development, school personnel training distort the purpose and direction of education; exam content limited to materials unable to develop students’horizons and vision; course examination single way, ignoring differences in students’subjectivity and development; examination management system useless,seriously affecting the teaching order and so on.Finally, some suggestions for improvement by comparing the test methods and the Anglo-American countries for reference:education administrators, teachers, students are required to change the traditional concept of examinations, teaching philosophy and science tests to establish differences in the development of the concept; according to different professional settings and disciplines characteristics, using different test modes; improve and enrich the content of the examination, to strengthen the students’innovative consciousness and ability assessment; establish a sound scientific evaluation system course examination, focusing on the students’learning process assessment and guidance.
