For a long time, the academic performance of students is a common topic for the school,parents and the community. In the current education system, academic performance is still animportant indicator to measure students’ learning outcomes. In order to further improve thelearning efficiency of learners, make the learners to master the scientific learning method,develop good study habits and make it easier for teachers to perform according to theiraptitude in the teaching idea, this paper carries on the analysis and summary using thequestionnaire survey method, literature method, and case study method to affect students’academic performance of all possible factors. IBM SPSS19.0Statistics was used to statisticalanalysis to the data of the factors influencing the biological performance concluding that themain factors influencing the biological performance are the student individual intelligencefactors, non-intelligence factors and teacher factors.Learning eugenics and poor student performance in respectively according to three maininfluencing factors of the study, using IBM SPSS19.0Statistics to three main factors and thecorrelation analysis between their performance and concluded that the main factors affectinglearning eugenics and poor student performance is different. The main factors affectingeugenics biology learning achievement is intelligence factor and teacher factor, the mainfactors affecting poor student biology learning achievement is intelligence factors andnon-intelligence factors.Factors that affect high school students of biological differences are various. Every person’sintelligence level, learning habits, learning methods, learning initiative, enthusiasm andwillpower are very different, so from the perspective of improve their performance, we wantto guide students’ learning process and learning methods, cultivate their active learning theenthusiasm and inspire their study interest. Teachers should adopt a variety of teachingstrategies, pay attention to their aptitude, and make every student get all-round, fulldevelopment.
