The seventh Party congress report says,“to strengthen andimprove the ideological and political work and pay attentionto humane care and psychological persuasion, with the right wayto handle interpersonal relationships.” This point isemphasized when it comes to “improving comprehensively thequality of civic virtue” in the eighteenth Party congressreport. To improve the ideological and political education work,to study deeply methods of solving a variety of psychologicalproblems which college students are faced with and to promotecollege students’ the physical and psychological healthydevelopment is the party and state in the new historical periodof the new requirements, but also the present work is anespecially important topic in College.Nowadays,With the development of society and people’sthought changing, more and more psychological problems areemerging. As a group in the society, the college students’psychological problems affect seriously their learning and life. Therefore, for the college students appearing a varietyof psychological problems, it is necessary to strengthen thecollege students’ psychological persuasion, summarize theproblems and causes of college psychological persuasionprocess, and take appropriate measures to strengthen andoptimize the work of college psychological persuasion topromote students’ psychological healthy development and builda harmonious campus life.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part: The overview of contemporary collegestudents’ psychological persuasion. In this section, firstlydefine the concept of psychological persuasion. To graspaccurately the definition of psychological persuasion is thebasis of strengthening the study of psychological persuasion.On this basis, analyze three functions: the cognitiveregulation of psychological persuasion, psychological supportand emotional catharsis. Finally, it summarizes the major rolesin implementing the scientific development, building aharmonious campus, solving ideological problems andeliminating the realistic confusion. The second part: the achievements and the problems ofcontemporary college students’ psychological persuasion. Forthe growing psychological problems, the colleges unblock thestudents’ psychological disorder and college students’psychological problems by psychological persuasion. Thecollege psychological persuasion work has achieved somesuccess, mainly including psychological persuasion andconstantly enriching, psychological persuasion mechanismbeing established, psychological persuasion team maturing andthe method of psychological persuasion gradually innovatingand so on. Although the college psychological persuasion workhas achieved certain results, there are still some issuesincluding the content of psychological persuasion unscientific,psychological persuasion mechanism not sound, structure ofpsychological persuasion team irrational and traditionalpsychological persuasion method outmoded. Therefore, measuresmust be taken to solve these problems.The third part: The path selection of strengthening collegestudents’ psychological persuasion. The measures should betaken to solve college psychological persuasion Problems. These measures include advancing scientific and collegestudents’ psychological counseling content, improvinggradually college students’ psychological persuasionmechanism, strengthening college students’ psychologicalpersuasion team building and optimizing the method of thecontemporary college students’ psychological persuasion tocreate a good environment for college students’ healthygrowth.
