Technological entrepreneurship for engineering students is an important partof entrepreneurial economy, study on model of science and technologyEntrepreneurship for engineering students directly affects efficiency and successrate of technology start-ups, and the development of technologicalentrepreneurship. In the current results, the research on college business model,in essence, is only the form of college student’s venture, which lack of practicaloperational. Results of the study on Technology start-ups and its model forengineering students is rare, in summary, it shows a lack of systematic theory andbusiness practice to guide engineering students entrepreneurship. Therefore, weselect the technology business model for engineering students as the object,application start-ups and system theory to study on design and selection oftechnology business model. The purpose of this study is the formation of systemtheory of the engineering students’ technology start-ups, in order to improve theefficiency of college students venture.The paper, firstly, define the concept of engineering students’ science andtechnology business model, analyze its features and functions by summarizesrelated theory, and systematic study the elements of structure, supportingplatform and the operating mode of engineering students’ technologicalentrepreneurship model, which provide the theoretical basis for the specificdesign of technology business model; Secondly, the paper summarized anddetailed design of three technology start-ups model based on managementorganization design theory to meet the type of talent and technological innovationprocess requirements, analyze their characteristics and application conditions;thirdly, comprehensive evaluation these three technology start-ups model, andselect a mode of technology start-ups based on evaluation results. It provideguidance path for entrepreneurs use; fourthly, the paper studies operatingconditions and safeguards of this mode; Finally, with the business model of HTmeter company founder as a empirical model demonstrate engineering students’ technological entrepreneurship model theoretical study has practical value.Technology business model of engineering students is the model thatcombination of an urgent need for technology entrepreneurs, entrepreneurshipeducation to college students and scientific research results into practice; it relieson the University Technology Park as a business base, so that engineeringstudents use technology products for entrepreneurs. Results of their research aretheoretical and practical significance for solving the problem of engineeringstudents start and taking the road of technology entrepreneurs, it also enriches ourstudent’s entrepreneurial theory.
