The Study On The Value Educaiton Of Unique Characteristic Training Of College

Unique college education is one of the core competitiveness among colleges; an excellent characteristic education will reflect a high quality educational college team and a high standard managerial level. Not only that, the capability of absorbing talents, standard training team and high efficient managerial level are also presented in a maximum degree.In terms of limited educational resources, the development of college should base on the current guiding regulation, social and historical rule. Colleges must clearly identify its core competitiveness; optimize the configuration of resources, and work with the guided standard value of education, in order to realize unique characteristic education.The demand for talent in this century requires not only the student’s academic level, but also a socialized standard value system build at college time. Thus, the development of the value education should be based on the research of standard value system of students nowadays and guided by scientific theory, not enough; a high standard construction of value education also requires keeping improvement from old model, comparison of advanced value education from abroad and innovation of new methods, this is a fundamental and significant task of researching value education of students.This paper adopts a study method of combination of theory and practice, adequately states the writer’s opinion in theoretical and practical fields.
