Qualitative Research On Individualized Education Of Chucai College In Hubei University

Individualized education is the development need of college students themselves and higher education,what is more,it is the need of social development.For this reason, many colleges and universities are carrying out the reform on personnel training experimental work.Based on Chucai college of Hubei University as the object of study, this paper is used qualitative research methods to study its individualized education in-depth and detailed, aimed to explore an effective way of Individualized personnel training, thus improving the quality of Individualized education. The research process and conclusion of this paper provide useful reference of theory and practice for the current implementation of top-notch innovative personnel training in colleges and universities.This paper mainly includes six parts:The introduction part introduces the research questions, the significance of the research,the theoretical basis of the research,the thought and framework of the research and defines the connotations of individualized education; The second part introduces the six main research steps, for a more comprehensive outline and description of the research ideas and research process;The third part from five aspects summed up the individualized education characteristics of Chucai college;The fourth part summarize the main achievements and problem of Chucai college; The fifth part according to the question that exists in the development of Chucai college individualized education process, put forward to achieve the pursuit of the quality of personnel training, implement the consensus of individualized education, strengthen integration of segmented culture,give full play to the role of the tutorial system, create the independent development platform for talent, implement the flexibility of flexible educational system, build multi-evaluation system and cultivate the cultural atmosphere of individualized education in order to improve the quality of its individualized education; The last part point out the two aspects of innovation of this paper in the research method and process,the reflection and outlook on the future research directions.
