Study On The Humanism In The Administrative System Of College Education

Under the present era of knowledge explosiom information networking、political multi-polarization and economic globalization, the personalities of college students are more aggressive and the independent consciousness improving constantly. Traditional instilling or mandatory mode of college education management, which is characterized by "controlling、choking and suppressing", can not adapt to the needs of development of new situation. What the higher education of China needs is new and deeper thinking, the improvement of quality and outlook, the transformation of culture and the innovation of institution. This is era calling for more humanism administrative system of college education. It pay more attention to basing on systematization and humanism and respecting for the personalities of college students, exploiting their potential, that to create a more harmonious and comfortable atmosphere of management and to maximize the initiative and creativity of college students.This paper discusses the connotation and the present situation of the educational administration system. College education management mainly include the teaching management administrative management and the ideological work of the college students, etc. The methods of management are mainly based on institutionalization and its object is human beings, namely college teachers and students. Since the adoption of reform and opening up, our country has gained remarkable success in the construction of college education management system. While, we still confront many issues such as management system of rigid constraints. Administrative education reality and the rights protection of college students is insufficient.This paper has analyzed the humanism of management system in the college education. Humanism of management system in the college education means fully to respect to the wishes of teachers and college students, Fully embodies the ultimate concern to the human beings and dredge up potential of college students in the process of the implementation of education management. Humanism of management system in the college education is the inter-constraint of basing on the essence attributes of human beings, the pressing needs of adapting to the economic and social development and the objective requirement of fitting the quality education of college. Democracy and equality, people-oriented, personality development and the scientific evaluation are the basic requirements of humanism in the administrative system of college education.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the establishment of humanistic administrative system in college education. It is a complicated system engineering. From policy, mechanism, university management by professors and independence so as to construct humanistic educational administration system in universities, in order to promote the education quality of college comprehensively and enhance the all-round free sustainable development of college students.
