The studies of exercise-induced hypochrosis have shown that exercise-inducedhypochrosis will affect the athletic ability of the body, the energy metabolism and body’sfatigue recovery rate. The exercise-induced hypochrosis will also cause many diseases such asdizziness, fatigue, palpitations, chest tightness, pale or yellow wax, unresponsive andretardation of the children. Transferrin receptor2(transferrin receptor2,TfR2) is a kind ofprotein newly discovered and regulates the body’s iron metabolism. TfR2, is a main proteinmediating the uptake of the hepatic cellular iron and plays a very important role in theregulation of small intestine’s iron absorption. It’s a key component controlling theHepcidin’s synthesis and release of the liver. In the exercise-induced hypochrosis caused bysports training, the gene expression of transferrin receptor2is closely related with the tissueiron metabolism. Study finds that its expression in the liver can influence the expression ofHepcidin and regulate the small intestine’s iron absorption. As a result, it changes iron’shomeostasis of the body. Iron plays an important role in sports, and the content of Fe invarious tissues can affect the state of iron metabolism in the body directly. Therefore moreand more scholars both at home and abroad are concerned about changes of iron metabolismin exercise, especially the formation, performance and mechanism of exercise-inducedhypochrosis. However, the dynamic expression of TfR2in the formation of theexercise-induced hypochrosis and the relationship between iron content in Wistar rats tissueand TfR2need further study. Therefore, we try to study the changes of TfR2’s expression inthe forming process of exercise-induced hypochrosis and the changes of the liver、skeletalmuscle and marrow iron in Rats, in order to reveal the mechanism of exercise iron deficiencyand exercise-induced hypochrosis. The essay helps the studying of the status of body’s ironmetabolism in training and lays a theoretical foundation for the prevention ofexercise-induced hypocrisis.Methods:36male Wistar rats were randomly divided into2groups: control group (CG) and exercise group (EG).Observe them3,4,5weeks after exercise training and6rats per group.The treadmill exercise project was reference for jie-xiu zhao, the rats of treadmill runningwith different intensities and progressive load in EG. Exercise training consisted of runningon a motorized treadmill at30m/min, the treadmill was always kept at0%inclination. Therats were trained once a day during the first2weeks and then twice a day for the next3weeks.The training time was increased by2min each session for6days/week and for5weeks. Thelast run time was95min. The expression of liver TfR2protein was detected by Western Blot;the content of tissue Fe was detected by the atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results:(1)The expression of TfR2in the formation process of exercise-induced hypocrisies: Inthe3-week running group, the expression of TfR2was much lower in EG than in CG(P<0.01),In the4-week running group, there is no obvious difference between EG and CG(P>0.05), Inthe5-week running group, the expression of TfR2was much higher in EG than inCG(P<0.05). Comparing every two TfR2proteins of3weeks,4weeks and5weeks in CG,there is no significant difference. In EG, TfR2protein of4weeks was much higher than thatof3week(sP <0.05),TfR2protein of5weeks is obviously different from that of4or3weeks,the expression of TfR2was increased (P<0.01).(2)The iron content in the formation process of exercise-induced hypocrisies: After3weeks running, the liver iron and gastrocnemius muscle iron and marrow iron in EG and CGhad no obvious difference, After4weeks running, compared EG with CG, liver andgastrocnemius muscle iron had no obvious changes, the marrow iron in EG was much lower(P<0.05),After5weeks running, liver and gastrocnemius muscle iron in EG weresignificantly higher than that in CG(P<0.01), the marrow iron in EG was much lower(P<0.01).In the exercise group liver iron in five weeks group were significantly increase than threeweeks, Skeletal muscle iron in five weeks group were significant increase than three weeksaround, Comparing every Bone marrow iron of3weeks,4weeks and5weeks in CG, thereare significant difference. The iron cotent in bone marrow was decreased.Conclusions:(1)In the formation process of exercise-induced hypocrisies, the expression of TfR2first decreased with the extending of the athletic intensity,and then the expression of TfR2showdynamic changes with the extending of the exercise time.(2)In the formation process of exercise-induced hypocrisies,the liver iron and skeletalmuscle iron increased and the marrow iron had always been decreasing,finally affects the Hb,leading to exercise-induced hypocrisies.The iron metabolism disorders is caused by excessivemovement.
