At the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,President Xi proposed the goal of improving the quality and effectiveness of army building and building a world-class army in the new era.The new "Military Sports Training Program" stipulates that personnel under the age of 60 must take part in physical fitness assessment,and the achievement of the assessment becomes a prerequisite for the promotion of military personnel,and an important basis for evaluating the personal performance of military and political officials.With the normalization of military physical training assessment,military physical training will surely become the top priority of the whole army.Purpose: This study aims to find a physical training program suitable for our army's conventional troops,so that it can significantly reduce the incidence of military training injuries on the basis of effectively improving the physical fitness and combat capabilities of soldiers,and formulate specific targets for all units of our army.The training program provides a theoretical basis.Method: Randomly selected 32 active duty soldiers of a certain group army as the research object.It is divided into two groups(experimental group and control group)according to the class system.Each group consists of 16 people.The experimental group and control group respectively use the training program and traditional training program developed by this study for 12 weeks of physical training.Before the training starts,perform physical fitness tests on the subjects(body composition,grip strength,back muscle strength,vertical jump,reaction time,stand with one foot closed eyes,sit ups,30 m * 2 snake run,3000 m run),FMS test,Biochemical indicators(creatine kinase,myoglobin,blood urea,hemoglobin)detection,compare the basic data of the two groups of subjects,to ensure that there is no significant difference in the data indicators of the two groups of experimental subjects before the training starts.And after the end of the twelfth week of training,the two groups of subjects were again tested for physical fitness and FMS,and the subjective fatigue test was conducted in the second,fourth,eighth,and twelfth weeks,and the fourth and eighth At the twelfth week,re-test the biochemical index data,and compare the experimental data horizontally and vertically.result:1.After twelve weeks of training,there was no significant change in BMI and body weight in the experimental group(P> 0.05),while body fat,body fat rate,and musclemass changed very significantly(P <0.01),in which body fat rate decreased 3.1%,body fat decreased by 3.8kg,and muscle mass decreased from 1.8Kg;after the experiment,all body composition indicators of the control group showed very significant changes(P<0.01),in which the body weight decreased by 1.4kg and BMI decreased by 1.4,The body fat rate dropped to 2.6%,the body fat volume was 3.3kg,and the muscle volume increased by 1.2kg;after the test,there was no significant difference in the body composition indicators of the two groups of subjects,only the muscle increase was significantly different(P < 0.05).2.After twelve weeks of training,the physical fitness indicators of the two groups of staff showed a very significant improvement(P <0.01).In the experimental group,the grip strength and back muscle strength were increased by 3.5kg and 9kg,the vertical jump was increased by 12 cm,and the reaction was increased by 0.03 s.One-foot closed eyes increased by 12 s.According to the military physical fitness assessment standards,sit-ups were increased by 15 points,and push-ups were improved.19 points,30 * 2snake-shaped running increased 21 points,3000 m increased 23 points;the control group's grip strength and back muscle strength increased by 2.1kg and 6kg,vertical jump increased by 8cm,and the reaction increased by 0.01 s Standing increased by 6.1s,according to the military physical fitness assessment standard,sit-ups increased by 12 points,push-ups increased by 9 points,30 * 2 snake-shaped running increased by 12 points,3000m increased by 16 points;through data comparison found that the experimental group All physical fitness tests were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).3.After twelve weeks of training,the experimental group's total FMS test score and each sub-item test score were significantly improved(P <0.05).The FMS test total score increased by 2.7 points,squats increased by 0.26 points,and shoulder flexibility increased Scored 0.43 points,trunk stability increased by 0.43 points,straight-leg split squats increased by 0.36 points,hurdle steps increased by 0.4 points,and rotation stability increased by 0.5 points;while the control group 's total fms test scores and various tests were not Significant changes occurred(P> 0.05).4.During the twelve-week physical training,the scores of the four subjects in the subjective fatigue survey control group were 15.38,16.44,16.38,and 15.88,which were significantly higher than those in the experimental group(P <0.01)at 12.19,13.31,14.13,13.19.During the training period,the control group had a total of 8 sports injuries,while the experimental group participants did not have training injuries.5.Throughout the training period,the biochemical indicators of muscle damage showed that the four CK test results of the control group were 144.44,901.99,693.13,and 426.19,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the experimental group(P <0.05),132.69,207.57,309.5,204.19,MB 's four tests were 37.5,193.81,221.56,and 143.75,which were also higher than the experimental group 's 39.06,90.25,110.66,and 80.94.The biochemical indicators of the fatigue level showed that the control group 's four HB test levels were 145.88,142.81,136.69,138.38 were significantly lower than the experimental group's 149.63,150.94,146.19,150.63,the control group's four tests of BU level were 6.95,8.65,6.95,8.65,which was significantly higher than the experimental group 6.17,6.95,7.98,6.48.in conclusion:1.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,different training programs can improve the body composition of the military.Compared with the traditional military physical training,the physical training program designed in this study has more significant muscle gain.2.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,different training programs can improve various physical qualities of the soldiers,but under the effect of training,there are differences in the range and speed of improvement.The improvement in various physical qualities of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group The training program designed in this experiment is superior to traditional military training in improving the physical fitness of soldiers.3.During the 12-week exercise intervention,the fatigue indicators(rpe,HB,BU)and injury indicators(CK,MB)of the experimental group and the control group showed significant changes compared with before the experiment,compared with the control group The changes of various indexes of the experimental group are within a reasonable range.This solution is superior to traditional military training in reducing sports injuries and promoting fatigue recovery.4.The introduction of competitive sports physical training theories,methods,and methods into military training and a reasonable combination of military physical fitness features can effectively improve the effectiveness of military physical training.
