Lifelong Learners Performance Evaluation Index System Of Digital Learning Environment Research

At present, there are more and more researches on lifelong learning at home andabroad. And many lifelong learning networks have been built in China, but the research onlifelong learners is still few. The evaluation index system of lifelong learners’ performancehas not been established availably. Therefore, the purpose of this research is trying toconstruct a comprehensive and effective evaluation index system of lifelong learner’sperformance based on digital learning environment, which can be used in lifelong learningplatform.In this article, it first conducted literature review using literature analysis method andcontent analysis method to summarize the primary indexes of evaluation index system oflifelong learner’s performance, and then described all of the indexes. Next, throughinterviewing method and questionnaire survey, the index clarity had been determined basedon interviewing with lifelong learning experts and questionnaire survey to relative expertsand teachers, through which the evaluation index system had been revised effectively. Andthe frame of evaluation index system had been established. Then, the weight of each indexhad been confirmed by consulting experts’ opinion and questionnaire survey, and theresearch also had built an evaluation criterion. Thus, the whole evaluation index system oflifelong learner’s performance had been completed. At last, the author put the evaluationindex system into practice in Shanghai Lifelong Learning Network, which aimed toevaluate lifelong learners’ performance to prove the validity and rationality of evaluationindex system. And the practice had achieved expected outcome finally.
