Study On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education And Its Curriculum In Universities

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a relatively new concept ineducation, innovation and entrepreneurship education to carry out China’s socialdevelopment and reform needs of higher education itself the inevitable choice forstudents to improve the overall quality of innovation and entrepreneurship to improvethe employability and achieve their own businesses a realistic choice. Innovation andentrepreneurship education in China is still in its infancy, how to implement innovationand entrepreneurship education is an important issue facing universities, this paper oninnovation and entrepreneurship education and curriculum were discussed. Firstly,innovation and entrepreneurship education and research from the background andsignificance of departure, innovation and entrepreneurship education for domestic andinternational research status are described, their concepts were defined, and innovationand entrepreneurship education content, features and functions are discussed. Secondly,explore to the present situation and inadequate of innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation in universities. In this paper, taking the five universities in Shaanxi Provinceas a sample, the present situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education weremore in-depth investigation, noted that the current lack of innovation andentrepreneurship education mainly in the following four areas: the concept ofinnovation and entrepreneurship education is not comprehensive; innovation andentrepreneurship education curriculum is still in exploratory stage, more randomness,the lack of integrity, normative; weak teachers, teachers lack of entrepreneurial practice;innovation and entrepreneurship education stagnation in shallow form, practice isrelatively weak. Finally, innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculumproposed the idea. Based on innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculumorientation and innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum goal set, pointedout that the current universities education innovation should be to cultivate innovationconsciousness, enhance innovation ability, increase innovation entrepreneurshipeducation practice as the main line, the course consists of three platform courses:innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum foundation platform, innovationand entrepreneurship education curriculum ability platform, innovation andentrepreneurship education curriculum practice platform. Innovation andentrepreneurship education curriculum ability platform, innovation andentrepreneurship education curriculum practice platform can according to the situation of professional course, progressively realize the integration of professional courses.
