In2001July the Ministry of Education issued "the outline of basic education curriculum reform (Trial)", put forward the new curriculum reform plan.The new curriculum reform by Deng Xiaoping comrades about "education should be oriented to modernization, face the world, face the future" and Jiang Zemin’s "Three Representatives" important thought as the guide, fully implement the party’s education policy, promoting quality education.
