The author use the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, logical and mathematical analysis, the development and management situation of three university’s sports professional volunteers of Nanjing normal university, Nanjing sports institute, Nanjing Xiao Zhuang college as the research object, professional sports undergraduate students in that investigation objects, from the Angle of management to study its development and management condition to effectively exploitation and management sports volunteer service resources and provide a basis for reference. Draw the following conclusions:(1) the consciousness of sports professional students participating in sports volunteer service is strong, potential resources is rich, talents benefit have not yet been full play and excavation;(2) voluntary service activity type of college sports major is richer, but the number of times in less,and the chance is very little to play sports professional skills and knowledge;(3) university sports volunteer organization is not perfect;(4) recruiting mechanism is not fair;(5) the distribution of sports professional volunteer service has problems, most of the students said that they are not satisfied;(6) the sports volunteer training attention is not enough, not for sports volunteer employs a training activities;(7) motive of participating in sports volunteer service is diversification, incentive mechanism is not perfect, lack security system; In addition, lacking sports volunteer performance evaluation system. And puts forward the countermeasures:(1) to improve school understanding of important significance of college sports professional volunteer team construction;(2) improving the university sports volunteer organizations;(3) improve recruitment mechanism;(4) establish a reasonable allocation mechanism;(5) to establish and perfect the mechanism of training;(6) establish a clear incentive mechanism and perfect the security system;(7) and improve the performance evaluation system.
