Outline of national medium and long-term education and development programs are putforward to promote education fair as a national policy of basic education, promote thebalanced development of compulsory education, and take it as a strategic task. Completing abalanced development between urban and rural compulsory education is an inevitablerequirement for building a harmonious society for the development of education. Improve thelevel of education information construction, develop network technology’s advantages, suchas fast spread, wide coverage and resource share, can provide an alternative reality topromote the balanced development of education and the effective path. Traditional schooleducation can not meet to promote the overall development of students, and the gap betweenurban and rural areas lead to different quality of education, in network environment thedesign study of the urban and rural cooperative education platform to the balanceddevelopment of compulsory education, to narrow the gap between urban and rural education,to realize rural and urban students common and harmonious development and the quality ofeducation as a whole improved. Therefore, in the highly developing network technologytoday, we can use network technology to support urban and rural homes, urban and ruralschools and society is highly synergistic implementation of the three-dimensional full care ofurban and rural students improve students’ academic performance to promote the growth ofthe overall health of students.This study analyzed and summarized the existing network of collaborative educationplatform, and then found that there is still a lack of existing platform in promoting balanceddevelopment between urban and rural education and to promote the common progress of thestudents, teachers and parents, therefore, we designed a collaborative educational network inurban and rural areas platform. First, this study collaborative theory, collaborative knowledgeconstruction theory, group dynamics theory and the theory of common responsibility forguidance, through interviews and questionnaires, teachers and parents of students in the collaborative education. Based on this, we present the urban and rural cooperative educationtrinity mode. Then, under the guidance of the mode and collaborative strategy, design anurban and rural cooperative education network platform. Finally, through experimentalschool application, testing network platform stability, and the effect of practical applicationin the network platform, summing up the shortcomings of the design on the platform, in orderto better develop the subsequent run of the platform.
