A Study On Employed Viewpoints Of University Graduates

Employment has a vital bearing on the people’s livelihood, The party andgovernment attaches great importance to the university graduates’ employment.With colleges in China open their doors wider in1998, higher education hasbeen transferred from the elite stage to the popular stage, the problem ofuniversity graduates’ employment becomes particularly acute. There are manyfactors affect university graduates’ employment, but wrong view of employmentin university students is an important problem we should focus on. This papermade a research into the view of university students’ employment, it analyzedthe situation of the employment views of contemporary university students,found out the problems in employment views of contemporary universitystudents and explored the reasons, then proposed solutions.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is introduction, it mainly introduces the research backgroundsand significances of the view of university students’ employment, catches the research at home and abroad, finds out the methods and ideas of the research. Inthe second part, it mainly understands the related theories and concept evolutionof the view in university graduates’ employment. In the third part, according tothe survey, understand the present of the view of the university students’employment and summarized the existing problems of the view of universityStudents’ employment. In the forth part, it researched the reasons led to theproblems in view of employment in university students. In the fifth part, itproposed solutions to the problems in views of contemporary universitystudents.
