Objective:In order to explore the power for exhaustive exercise rabbit kidney apoptotic protein Bcl-2, Bax expression, electro-acupuncture rabbit cell apoptosis after exhaustive exercise, injury prevention, inhibition, which explore the power sports fatiguerecovery, provide theoretical reference for the cell damage after exhaustive exercise and fatigue recovery.Methods:In this study, homemade square wooden box placed in the treadmill of human movement, available in rabbits with experimental animals movement to establish into the experimental treadmill, points A, B, and C groups. The C group exercise to exhaustion of electro-acupuncture stimulation. Measured after the test rabbit kidney apoptotic protein Bcl-2, Bax in protein expression, TUNEL assay of apoptosis, the indicators of total antioxidant capacity, as well as the morphological observation, the use of single-factor analysis of variance to compare after exhaustive exercise natural recovery group B, and electrical stimulation to restore the group C after exhaustive exercise kidneys apoptotic protein Bcl-2, Bax expression and exercise capacity if there are significant differences.Results:(1) Electro-acupuncture stimulation exhaustive sports rabbit weight did not significantly affect, although slightly reduced, but overall does not have significant differences, so has no effect on power for exhaustive exercise rabbit weight.(2) The electro-acupuncture of group to rabbits exhaustive time required for natural recovery and control groups are significantly longer, the power for the rabbit anti-fatigue after exhaustive exercise and extension of exhaustive exercise time.(3) Electro-acupuncture stimulation to exhaustive sports rabbit kidney tissue morphology change must have a certain effect on tissue repair.(4) Electro-acupuncture stimulation of Exhaustive Motion rabbit kidney tissue of Bcl-2and Bax protein expression and Bcl-2/Bax ratio adjustment, enhanced expression of Bcl-2protein, decreased expression of Bax protein, make Bc1-2/Bax ratio increased, and restrain the role of apoptosis and protect body tissues. (5) Electro-acupuncture stimulation by the apoptotic protein in the body, can effectively restrain and reduce apoptosis, so that the body tissues and organs to be protected from damage caused due to the long-term high-intensity exercise.(6) Electro-acupuncture stimulation can effectively improve the body’s antioxidant capacity, reducing the lactic acid produced by the body due to the high-intensity exhaustive exercise, delaying the arrival of fatigue and to improve athletic ability.Conclusion:Exhaustive exercise rabbit continuous electro-acupuncture stimulation of two weeks, the results show:electro-acupuncture to exhaustive exercise rabbit body weight no significant impact, that is, P>0.05. While exhaustive exercise time, apoptosis, Bcl-2/Bax ratio significantly influence (P<0.05); electro-acupuncture to stimulate the rabbit after exhaustive exercise on the kidney to promote apoptotic factor Bax inhibition, since inhibition of apoptosis, Bcl-2have urged, making the ratio greater than1.
