As China with other countries around the world exchange frequently about trade, political, Cultural. English as a common language, it is important. English as a course in secondary vocational education plays an important role in. learning English can promote the students’various abilities, such as oral expression ability, communication ability. So the secondary vocational school students master English is conform to the development of The Times required.Students’motivation influenced by many factors such as teachers, teaching methods, learners himself. Learning motivation is one of the main factor influencing the efficiency for studying. It can be said that learning motivation is one of the most dynamic factors in learning a language. It is the inner fact for influencing the learning process and Learning motivation is inner power promoting students’integrative motivation. Motivation is the top non-intellectual factor in affecting the students’learningIn reality, many instructors and teachers focus on the studying motivation of college students, middle school students and even primary school students. And the studying for the learning motivation of students who accept the development of vocational education may have a varying degree of neglect. For instance, on English learning classes for the secondary vocational school, teachers always have to face the students who have none interest in learning and lack of upward momentum inherent. This is a challenge to teachers and it is also a thorny problem. It is a question of how to inspire students’enthusiasm for English learning and make them with confidence, changing their psychology for hating learning English.Based on the reality background, The content of this paper is:Firstly, investigate students from Jiangxi Xinyu solar high vocational school through questionnaire and the interview of students forms on its English learning motivation performance for investigation. secondly, through on recovered investigation questionnaire for analysis, find in connection with the present situation, finds the problems existed in it, concluded that effect in the vocational students English learning motivation of main factors. lastly, according to analysis of situation give several points in order to stimulate learning motivation for students to learn English.In this paper it can be divided into five chapters, the main content is as follows:Chapter I, in this paper Introduce the background of research, research purposes and relates some important concepts which is help for better exposition of the main part of the paperChapter II, based on a valid questionnaires recovered, straighten out, statistics and summary. we start the analysis from the students’interest in English is not strong, lack of awareness of the importance of English so on.Chapter III, students from secondary vocational school in English learning motivation have been investigated, the present problems and misleading on the learning motivation for vocational students must be caring. analyze the cause of what lead to vocational college students lack of intrinsic motivationChapter IV, The fourth chapter is the main part of the subject, with regard to current secondary vocational English teaching method, give several points in order to stimulate learning motivation for students to learn English.Chapter V, the research work is summarized, and points out the weak script. once more pointed out in Vocational English teaching, learning motivation should be paid attention to. Only in this way can be truly achieved breakthrough and success of English teaching.
