With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the concept of the new curriculum has been gradually implement into chemical education and teaching. The transforming of teaching modes and student learning styles has become the key to improve students’learning outcomes, cultivate the students’innovative spirit and practical ability, personality development of students. More effective in the transformation of advanced teaching concepts into efficient teaching behavior of teachers and learning behavior of students,”Teaching and learning plan" teaching mode has attracted increasing attention with its unique novelty, practicality efficiency and ease of operation. Sub-developed areas is limited by a variety of conditions, chemistry teaching plan design is particularly worthy of us to think and explore.Based on the reality of chemistry teaching in my school, this research aims to explore contents and methods suitable for high school chemistry teaching and learning plan of Sub-developed areas in China.The existing research on high school chemistry teaching and leaning plan mainly focus on the "integration of teaching and learning plan" and the "combination of teaching and learning plan" while paid insufficient attention to the classroom effect bring by the teaching and learning plan. They are mainly theoretical research, macro research and empirical summarize, while the use of contemporary educational psychology theory combined with effective teaching ideas to carry out the specific research is rare.This study selected high school chemistry teaching and learning plan as an object of study. Starting from the exist problems of design and application of high school chemistry teaching and learning plan in sub-developed areas. In summing up the instructional design, effective teaching and secondary teaching and learning plan research at home and abroad in recent years. Combining of myself and my school nearly three years of high school chemistry teaching and learning plan teaching practice, Using of effective teaching ideas, and educational psychology theory to analysis and thinking, Proposing improvement methods in high school teaching and learning plan design and application and to provide a basis to carry out high school chemistry research and high school chemistry teaching.The idea of this study is the first by a careful analysis of effective teaching ideas, theories, and combined survey of students, teachers, theoretically construct design content and practice methods of effective high school chemistry teaching and learning plan of sub-developed areas in China, Then test effect of "teaching and learning plan" in the teaching practice.Based on the status analysis of nearly three years high school chemistry "teaching and learning plan" teaching modes, combing of effective teaching ideas, new curriculum ideas, educational theory, psychology theory and present situation of learning of high school students sum up the theoretical knowledge to analysis the ideas plan designs, teaching effect of this teaching mode and put forward perfect measures. This study comprehensive use of literature review, survey, experience sum-up method, classroom observation and action research.The main innovation of this study lies in the use of educational psychology theory such as, effective teaching ideas and latest development area theory, Contact high school chemistry teacher, middle school students and high school chemistry content actual case to analysis and explore high school chemistry teaching and learning plan problem. It provide a basis for further change of traditional teaching and school chemistry teaching design research and practice of teaching mode.
